Old Dominion Brewing Company will host a Meet the Brewer event tonight, June 30 from 7-10pm at the Old Dominion Brewhousea block from the Mt. Vernon Square/Convention Center metro stop.
Brewmaster Walter Trifari will be on-hand to talk about all of Old Dominion's beers and to assist in the tapping of a surprise firkin.
All pints of Dominion will be $3.00 all night, and there will also be a glassware giveaway. While at the event, be sure to enter to win a Dominion VIP Brewery Tour that includes a one night hotel stay at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino.
Dominion has been ramping things up in recent months with a bunch of new beers (the Big Thaw Bock, the Beach House Pilsner were new this year, they'll also have an Oktoberfest coming out in the late summer). They're also working to improve their brewery experience, and the rumor on the street is that they're close to opening, or have opened, a four hole golf course near the brewery.
