Ever been up to Dover, Delaware? Always wanted to go? Here's an awesome reason to do so.
Fordham and Old Dominion Brewing are hosting a beer and music festival on May 19 from 12-6pm called R2Hop2 as part of American Craft Beer Week.

Tickets are $20 prior to the event ($25 at the door) and may be purchased here. The price of the ticket includes five beer samples and a commemorative glass. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the local fire department and other charities.

Featuring the music of Bond and Bentley, The Grilled Lincolns, Pasadena and the Rovers, this festival will feature many of the brewery’s specialty beers, as well as local craft artisans.

President and CEO of Fordham and Old Dominion, Jim Lutz, stated “Our business motto is ‘drink beer, make friends and have fun.’ And we believe that the best way to share our mantra is through this beer and music festival. R2Hop2 will be a great opportunity for the brewery to give back to the local community while having a lot of fun."

Not able to make it on the 19? Fordham and Old Dominion aren't going anywhere. In Dover since 2003, they provide tours of the brewery (located at 1284 McD Dr., Dover, DE) and provide beer samples of such brews as Scotch Ale, Oak Barrel Stout, Baltic Porter and Copperhead Ale every Wednesday at 5:00 and 6:00pm, Friday at 4:30 and 6:00pm and Saturday at 12:30 and 2:00 pm.
